The hotel is clean and the employees are friendly and helpful. The location is great, just a 10-15 minutes' walk from Saint-Malo Casino and very close to Intra Muros.

We only had a short stop over so we appreciated the easy access from the railway station and easy access to the ferry teminal. Ideally located for visiting the Old City and the wall. Having enjoyed our stay so much we wish we had been able to stay longer.

Such a romantic hotel with large room for three. Loved it and San Malo. Would go back in a heartbeat.

The welcome was friendly, rooms were spotless and comfy. The staff were helpful and extremely polite , yet friendly. We would certainly stay there again.

The location was good as it was central to the best part of Saint Malo - the beach and within the old walled city and shops. Fairly quiet as not within the centre of busiest area, but still close to all attractions. Allow a 30 minute walk from train station though.Staff spoke english and were friendly and courteous at all times. The breakfasts was excellent value at 11e per adult, and highly recommended, as we were full until lunchtime. The children ate for free. Lovely large, shower in the new bathroom. Rooms were clean and tastefully decorated.The children had their own seperate bedroom.

We booked a Charm Family room, with 2 bedrooms, however, the rooms were quite small. No air conditioning, so needed to leave windows open for fresh air. Could be a problem if noisy outside.

This place was perfect and quite clean, with friendly and helpful staff at the front desk.

Excellent location within city walls and the room we had was quiet despite the location. English speaking receptionist and very helpful with advice on railway station , taxi booking and sites to see.Computer available in breakfast area for travellers but didnt get time to check it out.Nearest to ferry terminal for travellers by sea- first gate- so able to make own way with suitcases.

The Hotel was centrally placed "Intra Muras" and allowed easy touring of this historic city

Ideal location, just a 15-minute walk to the nearby casino. The staff were friendly and even suggested a nice restaurant right on the premises. 🌟

Room we stayed in had been recently refurbished so bathroom had new fittings / shower etc . Bed was very comfortable .Staff were helpful when I changed the night for our stay .

Continental breakfast is quite expensive at £10 a head .

Location was wonderful - inside walled part of St Malo, close to shops, beach, cafes, restaurants, bakeries / patisseries, sheltered from the sea breeze. Comfortable room - ideal for families as good sized room with very comfortable beds. Also air conditioning, (which might be needed as the room is in the roof, and with the open windows at night and town centre location, it could be noisy with the windows open). Walking distance from the Ferry terminal (although due to luggage we took a taxi when we arrived). Friendly staff whose English was far better than my French! The whole place was a wonderful advertisement for French hospitality.

We really enjoyed our stay, and still talk about it.

The food was good, with a variety of options, and the location was amazing, making it easy to access restaurants and cafés nearby.

Great location, very helpful and friendly staff, nice dual aspect room. Good decor, nice big bathroom.

One night it was quite noisy, but that was due to a baby in the next room crying.

It has stunning and gorgeous location for visiting Saint-Malo Cathedral.
